Data processed
This website has no contact forms, creates no accounts and does not collect data directly. The server hosting it automatically records some technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, requested page). If you choose to contact the doctor by WhatsApp, email or phone, we will process the data you provide (name, contact details, message content). Please do not send detailed clinical information in the first contact: you can provide it during the visit.
Purposes and legal basis
Ensuring the operation and security of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR); replying to your requests and managing appointments (pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). If your message contains health data, we process it only to answer your request, on the basis of your explicit consent given by contacting us voluntarily (Art. 9.2.a GDPR).
Recipients
Data may be processed by the website hosting provider and by the services you choose to contact us with: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) and your email provider, under their own policies. Data is never disclosed or sold.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
